Geoff has a 25+ year career in technology spanning industries, technologies, and company types including over 15 years in the salesforce ecosystem. A founder of multiple successful start-ups acquired by leading global companies as well as key roles at established global firms such as Accenture, Siebel Systems, Cloud Sherpas and AIG, he has brought innovative solutions, products and services to market. As a former SVP & GM of Silverline’s Financial Services Practice, Geoff has a unique skillset bringing together technology architecture, deep industry expertise, and CRM business consulting bringing creative, yet pragmatic solutions to market.
Chief People Officer
Eryn considers herself to be in the business of “People Care.” Having led Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding – and served as owner of a boutique retained Executive Search firm – over the last 18+ years, she brings deep experience in supporting various employee populations across consulting, tech and energy/sustainability, and not-for-profit sectors. Eryn is passionate about helping Thunder build an incredible culture that seeks to prioritize the wellbeing of our people over everything.
VP, Innovation
Dave has over 20 years experience leading CRM implementations, with 6 years of dedicated Salesforce experience. He has long-term contact center experience including CRM, telephony, process, management, and measurement. Dave has deep software system architecture experience especially centered around the customer experience and CRM, with vertical experience in Retail, Financial Services, Health Care, Public Sector, High Tech, Manufacturing, and Education.
Global Head of Sales
Nick is a seasoned sales leader with experience across major players in the Salesforce ecosystem including Appirio, 7Summits and most recently IBM, where he was Head of Sales for the AMER Consulting Salesforce Practice, prior to joining Thunder. He has led Business Development, Sales and Alliances teams, and was key in leading the 7Summits sales team through their acquisition by IBM.
VP, Delivery
Prior to Thunder, spent 10+ years working in the Salesforce industry becoming a platform SME and delivering successful projects for 100+ clients over the course of his career. Dan has been building successful delivery teams for the past 12 years and continues to recruit / train / mentor / grow best-in-class talent in the salesforce space.
