He has long-term contact center experience including CRM, telephony, process, management, and measurement. Dave has deep software system architecture experience especially centered around the customer experience and CRM, with vertical experience in Retail, Financial Services, Health Care, Public Sector, High Tech, Manufacturing, and Education.

Jim served as Salesforce’s President of Worldwide Sales and Chief Customer Officer for over 12 years, from 2002 through 2014 where he led the growth of the company from $22 million to more than $5 billion in revenue. Jim rejoined Salesforce in 2020 as President of Global Strategic Sales with his primary focus to bring the full power of Salesforce to its largest and most strategic customers. Most recently, Jim has also assumed responsibility for Salesforce’s Alliances & Channels organization, the Emerging Business operating unit, and Private Equity practice.

Alison Burchette is a highly tenured sales leader, currently in her 4th year of leading Thunder’s National Sales organization. With a strong foundation in building comprehensive sales operating models, Alison has effectively guided clients across various sectors in transforming their Sales, Service, Marketing, and IT processes and now looks forward to applying AI to further catalyze the growth delivered across small and large enterprise.

In her current role as Head of Sales at Thunder, Alison leads a team of experienced consultants dedicated to enhancing client engagement with Salesforce and AWS. Her previous experience includes a successful tenure as Vice President of Sales for Commercial Business at Salesforce, where she managed critical relationships with major clients. Her focus on digital innovation and consultative business development has repeatedly driven growth and exceeded organizational targets.

Outside of her professional achievements, Alison is a proud mom of two, civically engaged and currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the California Federation of Women’s Clubs. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business from Chapman University and has a diverse educational background including post MBA certifications.

Blaine played and led a variety of roles in sales, marketing, alliances, business development and strategy to help organizations find solutions to their critical business challenges, ultimately resulting in measurable business growth and success.

Working collaboratively with key stakeholders, Blaine is responsible for leading the Alliance team to identify, develop, and accelerate opportunities through Thunder’s partner channels.
