The Challenge
Hyphen sells a variety of products that need to be priced in different manners. They were looking to add CPQ, because without it, pricing had to be done manually outside the system, which also meant approvals and various other processes were not being leveraged within their Salesforce instance.
Solution
Hyphen partnered with Thunder to implement CPQ, Advanced Approvals with DocuSign Doc Gen and DocuSign E-Signature. They now have a standardized quoting process for their team; Sales is able to create a quote within Salesforce and obtain the necessary approvals prior to sending out the document for signature. Thunder earned a 5-star CSAT providing an optimized solution that lets them:
- Allow for flexibility in quoting different types of products
- Create an output document that allows for conditional data display
- Integrate with an e-signature functionality to complete customer/Hyphen agreement
