Children Under the Age of 18

Our Services are not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any information to or on the Services. Why does Thunder collect personal information?

Thunder processes personal information in the course of running our websites, registering visitors to our events and services, providing support, improving customer and user experience, running our infrastructure, preventing fraud, protecting intellectual property, maintaining endpoint and network security, enforcing our legal rights, sending marketing and other communications, processing agreements, complying with our legal obligations, and to achieve other legitimate interests as well as where you have provided consent. What personal information does Thunder obtain?

To fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, Thunder may collect personal information such as name, contact information, technical unique identifiers, authentication credentials, or other personal information you choose to provide to Thunder. For example, as described in specific sections of this Notice may include, among other things, the Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser information, device ID, the type of computer and technical information about a user’s means of connection to our Websites, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

In order to enhance our ability to provide relevant marketing, offers, and services to you and update our records, we may obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, affiliate programs, data providers, and from other third parties. Regardless, the use of the information collected through our Services is limited to the purpose of providing the service for which our customers have engaged Thunder or as otherwise outlined in our agreements. If you are a user of one of our Services, we obtain the personal information you provide us during the sales and/or fulfillment process. Where does Thunder obtain personal information?

Thunder’s Website provides Internet-based access for users to learn about Thunder and its Services and to communicate with Thunder and with others. When an individual uses our Website, Thunder gathers information, some of which may be considered personal information in your jurisdiction.

If you opt-in to our mailing list online or in person, you will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, and other Thunder related information. Do Not Track

Some internet browsers offer a “do not track” feature. When enabled, your browser sends a signal to the sites you visit directing the sites not to track your activity. These features are not yet uniform across browsers. Therefore, our Services and Website are not currently set up to honor such signals. If you do not wish to be tracked, disabling, or deleting cookies may limit some forms of tracking.
